We will send your content plan to you to review and approve prior to scheduling

Branded images (8) — $50/month
We will create 8 branded images to be used strategically each month.

Instagram hashtag strategy — $200
We will work with you to determine the best hashtags to use to achieve your goals and create a strategy for including those hashtags in your posts

Strategy session — $225 (Included in annual plan)
During this 50-minute session (phone or Zoom), we will assess your goals, develop objectives and create a tactical plan to achieve those objectives

How it Works

When you purchase the social media management package of your choice, you’ll receive our intake survey to help us get a better sense of your needs, goals and brand identity. After reviewing your survey responses, a member of our team will reach out to schedule your onboarding call. After that initial call, we’ll be prepared to start your account management in 2 to 4 weeks.

Clients on annual contracts receive quarterly strategy sessions at no extra charge (reg. $225 ea.)

Can you make me go viral?

As the name implies, our Awareness services exist to establish a presence for you on social media and make your target audience aware of you and your brand. If you want a higher level of service, schedule a discovery call by emailing info@tonyakubo.com.

Who creates the content?

You can have as much influence on the content for your social media accounts as you’d like.

You are welcome to send any photos, graphics or captions you want us to use either via Dropbox or Google Drive. If you don’t provide visual content, we will use a combination of stock and original images aligned with your brand. If you prefer, we can create branded images for an additional fee.

How do you create content?

We believe you are the expert in what you do. Our onboarding survey is extensive so we can get to know you, your brand and your audience well enough to understand and meet your needs. As part of your onboarding experience, you will have a 50-minute strategy session with our team, which will help us get an even deeper understanding of how best to present your brand on social media.

We will also comb through your website, blog and social media accounts for additional source material and curate content from other sources that appeal to your target audience.

What do you post?

Our focus is to build your brand in an authentic, organic way.

We use a combination of posts that are personal, educational, motivational and promotional.

Will this work for Facebook Groups or other online communities?

Our Awareness services are designed for Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Profiles. Tonya personally offers consulting, coaching and management services for online communities. You can schedule a discovery call with her by emailing info@tonyakubo.com

Will you run advertising campaigns for me?

No, but we can refer you to others who do. Email info@tonyakubo.com for a list of our preferred ad consultants.

What if I’m not happy with your services?

Your satisfaction is important to us. Monthly clients can cancel at any time before their next billing cycle. Annual contracts can be cancelled within the first 30 days. Due to the nature of the work and the time required to create editorial calendars and content plans, we do not offer refunds on work already completed.
